Kim Darling
Realtor
Kim has a deep love for the North Shore and has established strong roots there. Two decades ago, she made the decision to move to Peabody, where she has been raising her family. She began her career in banking before pursuing a lifelong dream in the animal care industry, establishing Kimmy’s Kare. Her passion for guiding clients through complex real estate transactions, and negotiating every deal with compassion and enthusiasm led her to the Sabrina Carr Group. Outside of real estate, Kim is an avid animal lover, dedicated dog walker, proud mom of two & dedicated member of Ella's Army, a nonprofit for pediatric cancer.
Tracy Aguila-Ramos
Director of Marketing
Tracy has been in marketing for over eight years. She has developed a distinguished eye for design and the ability to stay on top of ever-changing marketing and social media trends. In short, she always GSD!
Taking the experience gained over the years, she works to create successful marketing campaigns from managing the development of weekly newsletters, to crafting social media and website content, to name a few. Tracy works to build a unique brand identity that elevates Sabrina Carr Group's marketing efforts.

Claire is a student at Boston University, and has been an integral part of the website design. She wears many hats on the team, and helps execute various creative projects.
